Purple Kale w/ Tahini Lemon Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch Purple Kale
1 Shallot or half small Red Onion diced
1 Lemon
1 ½ teaspoon Tahini Paste
1 teaspoon Coconut Nectar or Honey
2 tablespoon Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Walnut Oil
1 tablespoon Hemp & Pumpkin Seed
Pinch of Cayenne

DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop Purple Kale.
2. Submerge in warm water and rinse well. I use a salad spinner but
otherwise strain, pat dry, and add all ingredients to a bowl.
3. Massage Oil, Lemon, Nectar, Aminos and Tahini into the Kale.
4. Toss well.
5. Serve.
