Now I know most of you eat a pretty clean diet, and are already experiencing the benefits of eating non-hybrid, organic produce, nuts and seeds.

Why the Kidney and Liver?
More than 500 vital functions have been identified with the liver. Most importantly, production of bile. This helps carry away waste and break down fats in the small intestine during digestion, production of certain proteins for blood plasma, cholesterol and special proteins to help carry fats through the body.
It converts excess glucose into glycogen for storage which can later be converted back to glucose for energy and clears the blood of drugs and other poisonous substances.
The kidneys also remove waste, control the body’s fluid balance, and regulate the balance of electrolytes. As the kidneys filter blood, they create urine, which collects in the pelvis, a funnel-shaped structure that drains down tubes called ureters to the bladder.
One of the major causes of kidney failure is autointoxication and dehydration.
The addition of fluoride to drinking water is also responsible.
When there is not enough distilled water to dilute the uric acid, the pH level within the kidneys drops and becomes more acidic.
An excessively acidic environment in the kidneys is conducive to the formation of kidney stones and a host of other problems.
Note: It is possible to lose as much as 90% of kidney function without experiencing any symptoms or problems.
If you have ever doubted the importance of these organs, keep in mind that all the blood in our bodies have to pass through the kidneys.

- 1 Sprig Fresh Parsley Leaves and Stems
- ½ Bunch fresh Dandelion leaves
- 1 whole organic cucumber or ½ celery stalk
- 2 Limes Juiced 2 tbsp. Fresh ginger (juiced)
- 1 tspn. Tumeric (helps inflammation)
