You will need:
- 5 Fresh Figs Slices
- 5 Fresh Apricots Slices (You can substitute with peaches or plums)
- 1 tbs. Coconut oil
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Grade B Maple syrup or Raw Honey
- Coconut Ice Cream
Heat Oil in a skillet. Add fruit, cinnamon, salt and honey.
Let fruit cook on medium low for about 3-5 minutes or until soft.
Drizzle the warm compote over your favorite dairy-free ice cream. Enjoy!
