You will need:

  • 5 Fresh Figs Slices
  • 5 Fresh Apricots Slices (You can substitute with peaches or plums)
  • 1 tbs. Coconut oil
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Grade B Maple syrup or Raw Honey
  • Coconut Ice Cream


Heat Oil in a skillet.  Add fruit, cinnamon, salt and honey.

Let fruit cook on medium low for about 3-5 minutes or until soft.

Drizzle the warm compote over your favorite dairy-free ice cream. Enjoy!
